Bad refund policy

The cornerstone of online sales is that, if someone wants to return the product, then they should receive a FULL refund, including shipping costs. If they don’t, then why take the risk of buying online, especially clothing items, when there’s all kinds of reasons why one might be dissatisfied? Fit, feel, comfort, etc.

This company does not refund shipping costs. I for one, will not buy again because after dealing with FCT I walk away with no product and $22.54 less in my bank account.
